We are looking for a dedicated CRM Marketing Manager (m/f)  to join the Coya community. 

What you have impact on:

  • Changing and creating a brand-new Insurance Experience 

  • Optimize and nurture Hubspot landing pages, workflows, cross selling strategies

  • Creating and automise with data driven decisions customer flows which enable usability and knowledge flow between community and user 

  • With your HTML, CSS, analytics knowledge you have impact on our email marketing campaign cross selling product conversion 

  • Requirements: Excel & Numbers, German & English

Your Profile:

This might be the right job experience for you, if you bring / are good in: 

  • +3 years of experience working, e.g. as CRM Manager, Inbound Marketing Manager, Lead Generation Manager or Costumer Aquisition Manager

  • Good with Excel & Numbers

  • Thinking in creative solutions and challenging the status quo of the insurance industry 

  • Managing risks smartly according to our insurance environment 

  • Enabling others with a helpful and can do attitude

  • Being logic (what about solving puzzles?), being able to bust complexity with an intuitively digital view on things

  • “Getting things done” and liking to “actively do things” energy 

  • Being able to working remotely and with remotes 

  • Fluent in German & English
