THE MISSION:

Education is at the very heart of Davines and we provide exceptional and inspirational education to each client.

For this reason, Davines is looking Education Planner - Italy who, reporting directly to the Education Manager - Italy, will have the mission to support sales force through services and events in order  to enforce the brand image and guarantee the best management and organization of Davines education events.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning and organization of the national education calendar (brand training, events and seminars);
• Administrative support for the correct invoicing and budgeting of events and seminars;
• Creation of commercial education materials and revision of the price lists;
• Creation of Education sales materials and brochures within our specific partnerships with Davines salons;
• Logistic support for the events (material shipping, hotel booking and trainers’ travel support);
• Economic monitoring of events and seminars and related price definition.

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous Event Organization and administrative experience;
• Strong working knowledge of standard software products (specifically Microsoft Excel and Power Point);
• Good analytical skills and precise approach;
• Flexible, hands-on, practical and proactive mindset;
• Proven ability to work under pressure, to set priorities and manage a variety of tasks;
• Time management and scheduling competences;
• High social and interpersonal communication skills;
• Availability for working during the weekends with frequent business trips in all the Italian territory;
• Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.
