Our Name



The myth says that, in 2000 BC, Daedalus, the first known architect in history, designed and built the Palace of Knossos: an incredible building with an amazing labyrinth constructed inside. Il nostro team di Delivery è composto da dinamici professionisti altamente qualificati, con responsabilità inerenti allo sviluppo del prodotto e alla valorizzazione del software per il sistema sanitario.



La risorsa prescelta dovrà occuparsi delle attività di assistenza ed evolutive presso il Cliente, risolvendo le problematiche applicative relative ai software installati.



In particolare dovrà:



  • Relazionarsi con i Project Manager e/o Product Manager,
  • Collaborare con il team di Sviluppo di riferimento per il deployment
  • Monitorare il funzionamento delle procedure
  • Configurare i sistemi in relazione alle richieste del cliente e alle specifiche di produzione
  • Effettuare formazione del personale del cliente
  • Gestire l’integrazione delle applicazioni esistenti
  • Svolgere test funzionali
  • Partecipare alle attività di help desk di I e II livello, anche in regime di reperibilità
  • Documentare le attività svolte

Il/la candidato/a ideale possiede le seguenti caratteristiche:



  • Diplomato/a o Neolaureato/a in discipline scientifico-tecnologiche (ingegneria biomedica, informatica o affini)
  • Ottima conoscenza del Sistema Operativo Windows e del Pacchetto Office
  • Spiccata predisposizione all'apprendimento di nuove tecnologie
  • Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte, anche frequenti, presso aziende clienti
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (B1/B2)
  • Conoscenza del linguaggio SQL e dei database relazionali, che costituirà requisito preferenziale

Altri importanti requisiti sono:



  • Propensione al rapporto con la clientela
  • Problem solving
  • Buone doti relazionali e di lavoro in Team
  • Inserimento con contratto di sostituzione maternità
  • L'esperienza pregressa in aziende che lavorano in ambito informatico (pubbliche o private) e nell'uso di sistemi gestionali per la sanità costituisce un plus nella selezione
