Reporting directly to PR, Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager this role will have the mission to foster sales growth, distribution and brand and the company awareness through the e-commerce channel, coordinating the internal and external stakeholders in relation to business objectives and the strategy of the group.
Operational store management: support the management and the coordination of external agencies, maintenance of the products’ database, supervision on stock analysis, invoicing and payments, customer care;
Content development: support the roll out of the e-commerce marketing graphic and contents;
Reports definition and analysis: ongoing reports overview, check, remodelling and supervision;
E-Commerce calendar development: support the production and monitoring of promotional plans and Mktg initiatives in coordination with in salon and B2B activities;
Digital Mktg: support DEM roll out, creation of related contents and seasonal proposals.
PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience (min 2 years) within the same role in structured companies or agencies;
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Digital Communication;
Autonomous analytical competences (report definition and data management);
Organizational and project management competences;
Have an understanding and working knowledge of the ecommerce landscape;
Be a self-starter and highly motivated person, capable of working independently, yet collaboratively, within a fast-paced environment;
predisposition to interpersonal and intercultural relationships

Have a natural interest in global culture, lifestyle & beauty industry;
Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Software (specifically Excel, power point);
Daily user of digital analysis platforms like Google Analytics;
Direct experience with Direct email Mktg platforms;
Fluent English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
Previous experiences in this function or post-graduate programs related to this professional area will be considered as plus.
