POSITION

Reporting directly to the Chief Digital and Innovation Officer this role will have the mission to
represent the change / innovation agent for all company departments in order to generate opportunities for performances’ continuous improvement and make innovation become an integral part of the business strategy.

KEY ACTIVITIES

• Coordinate the definition and the execution of innovation plans and strategies;
• Contribute in the creation of a company culture able to develop cross functional innovation;
• Support, stimulate and supervise innovation plans for brands and functions;
• Contribute in the development and strengthening of organizational competences related to the innovation;
• Ensure systems and resources required for the execution of the innovation plans;
• Define and monitor KPIs to support the management of innovation plans’ execution;
• Activate and manage Open Innovation partnerships, workshops and events.

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience (min 3 years) within the same role in structured companies or in consulting;
• Capacity of leading transformation, innovation and change management programs within complex environments;
• Strong ability in the management of complexities with a systematic approach;
• High organizational competences specifically oriented to process’ evaluation;
• Strong project management and target-oriented mindset;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationships skills;
• Be a self-starter and highly motivated person, capable of working independently, yet collaboratively, within a fast-paced environment;
• Have a natural interest in global culture, lifestyle & beauty industry;
• Fluent English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
