The candidate will work in the diagnostic healthcare field, following all phases of a projects through remote and onsite activities. As international service team, customers and project can be located in all the world. The team can work directly with the end user or througt partner and main contractor.



The candidate will support the Project Manager in the technical analysis, organizing activities and interfacing with the end user. He will be responsible for the workflow analysis, system configuration, and user training. Once the systems are in production, he/she could be also involved in the second level support, debug and system evolution.



Given the specificity of customers (end users and customers), the Specialist will be involved daily in meetings (remotely and, if necessary, on site). The international team supports project around the world and so it is necessary to be flexible to adapt the activities with local time.



Main Tasks:



  • Project management;
  • Technical analysis;
  • Test and QA;
  • Product installation and configuration;
  • Partner and end user training;
  • Second level support.

Required Skills:



  • Not less than 2 years of experience in the field of IT systems, Knowledge of Software Installation, Maintenance and Customer Care.
  • Working in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams.
  • Fluent English and Italian is required. It is considered a plus a basic knowledge of Spanish or other foreign languages.
  • High propensity for dynamic work, covering various roles from technical to project management.
  • Ability to interact with customers for training, analysis and consulting.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:



  • O.S. Microsoft Server (Windows 2012 or newer) > 2 Years
  • O.S. Linux-based > 1 Years
  • Relational database management and SQL language (Oracle rdbms preferred) > 2 Years
  • Web application management in Tomcat, Jboss Enviroment > 1 Years
  • O.S. Microsoft Client >2 Years
  • Hardware management and configuration - Server > 1 Years
  • Familiarity with the most common network protocols (ftp,ssh, http,…) and data structuring formats (xml,json, etc..) > 2 Years
  • Interoperability protocol (HL7, FHIR): basic

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:



  • Hardware management and configuration - Client;
  • Knowledge of healthcare workflow;
  • Previous experience in activities in contact with customers and in IT projects.



DESIRABLE SKILLS:



  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks.
  • Ability to establish priorities and work independently.
  • Problem solving and Q&A Test.
  • Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.

Willingness to travel around the world and for long trips (several weeks on site).
