Our Name

The myth says that, in 2000 BC, Daedalus, the first known architect in history, designed and built the Palace of Knossos: an incredible building with an amazing labyrinth constructed inside. The labyrinth represents the journey to prosperity and the search for knowledge. In 1220 AD, the first Gothic cathedral was completed in Chartres (France). We are currently looking for a Program Manager who will manage the following tasks:

  • Manage cross-functional programs in a organization covering a range of areas
  • Lead and prioritize strategic initiatives while working closely with teams across the organization
  • Tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset and create programs for solving those problems
  • Proactively identify upcoming risks, inefficiencies, issues, bottlenecks and resolve cross-team issues
  • Provide day-to-day coordination and quality checks for projects and tasks
  • Define and own metrics and key performance indicators

Required Skills:

  • University Degreee in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience as a (Technical) Program Manager or Project Manager working in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams
  • Experience managing and overseeing multiple on-going initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience operating autonomously and driving and setting goals for multiple teams
  • Cross-functional communication and collaboration experience
  • Willing to travel and make business trips
  • Sound command of English
