We are looking for an experieced Sales Agency Manager based in Milan who will be involved in manage and develop relationship with new Clients.

You will be involved in:

• Developing customer portfolio and create new sales leads.
• Growing and consolidating long-term relationships with Clients, managing and developing the commercial strategy, retention and upselling activities.
• Managing of creative tenders and coordination of the related activities to ensure the operations’s success.

You:

• Have experience in Digital/ Creative Agency (at least 3 years).
• Have a consolidated experience in sales management and leads acquisitions.
• Demonstrated ability to close sales and generate revenue.
• Have knowledge of main business advertising dynamic.
• Be proactive and hard worker.
• Be passionate for digital.
• Speak english fluenty.
• Have a degree.
