Description

What you'll do:

You are supporting the entry and maintenance of bus schedule, prices and station data
You conduct quality checks in our database
You develop new ideas for optimizing processes and implement them
You support the Customer Experience Team in various operational topics

Who you are:

You are in your final year at university or have just graduated (for the internship) or are enrolled as a student in Berlin/in the surrounding areas of Berlin for at least one more semester and are available minimum 16 hours per week (as working student)
You have gained first practical experience in a start up or consulting company (e.g. through previous internships)
You have a high affinity to figures, data and an eye for details
You have medium to advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Google spreadsheets
You work in a analytical and structured way and are willing to step out of your comfort zone
You are a digital native and understand the basics of travel tech and e-commerce
You are fluent in English (spoken and written) and an excellent communicator; other languages are a plus
