To support our growth we are looking for a new member in our Partner Experience Team who is eager to learn, has a sharp analytical mind, feels comfortable talking to business partners and enjoys taking on responsibility in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

You will make sure that partners data is up to date and integrated in a correct way and take an active part in data processing and integration
You will be the ears of the company tracking partners’ feedback
You will take responsibility to set up our partner solutions procedures to improve satisfaction with the product
You will coordinate and solve incoming B2B requests among various teams at Distribution
You will develop new ideas and guidelines for efficient workflows

Who you are:

You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
You have a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. You always find a way to make partners happy
You are interested in understanding the travel industry and you are able to put yourself in the shoes of travellers
You have medium to advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Google spreadsheets, preferably a basic knowledge of SQL
You are a great communicator and fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus
You are enrolled as a student and still have minimum 1 year before graduation
You have gained first practical experience in a business communication context
