Description

Working closely with our Global Lead Generation Manager, you will have a direct impact on Doctolib's global growth. The #1 mission of the Lead Generation team is to contribute to establish Doctolib as a must have for Healthcare Professionals in Europe, and you will contribute to building the entire strategy to generating revenue from our existing customer base.
With a strong focus on lead & meeting generation for our Sales team, your main objectives will be to:
1. Generate leads / meetings / revenue from our existing customer base through network effect
- Build entire marketing plan and define objectives for leads and meetings
- Use existing features (e.g. in-app referrals or doctor to doctor referring tool) to generate leads through our customer network
- Manage and coordinate the launch of all initiatives aiming at generating positive word-of-mouth from doctors to doctors
- Track and analyze our performance with the help of our marketing analyst
2. Generate leads / meetings / revenue from our new products (upsell)
- Define strategy to generate awareness around new products (Telehealth) in strong collaboration with our Product and Sales strategy teams
- Manage and coordinate the launch of all initiatives aiming at generating upsell
- Track and analyze our performance with the help of our marketing analyst
- Scale our methodologies for our future new products and markets
As a key stakeholder of our Growth, you will cooperate with different teams inside the organization:
- Data & Business Scale team to implement relevant tools and automated processes
- Sales Strategy team to follow the funnel from leads to contracts
- Product & Project teams to leverage features and new products
