We are looking for a passionate HRIS Analyst with specific skills on Workday solution.
What you will do
- Assist the HRIS manager in building the best HRIS possible with the smoothest processes
- Assist the HRIS manager in maintaining the system
- Implement the evolutions for Workday as defined with HRIS manager
- Provide support to employees over the solution: training material, user assistance, bug fixing.
- Work on deployment of additional modules of Workday: learning, Talent & Performance and any other that will enter the strategic roadmap of the tool
- Provide analytics and reporting about people to all company stakeholders
Your profile
-At least 2 years experience as an HRIS Analyst
-You ideally have a first experience with Workday ( Time, Comp, Absence, Reporting modules)
-You have great communication & project management skills
-A real product sense and ability for BI tools
-Fluent english, german is a plus
