For patients, Doctolib is an online free service which enables them to find a nearby health practitioner, book appointments 24/7 within a few clicks and manage medical bookings. For doctors and hospitals, Doctolib is a software with a full-range of services dedicated to improve their day-to-day organization, develop their practice, build a premium patient experience and allow them to collaborate more easily with referring doctors. We collaborate with 80.000 doctors and 1400 healthcare facilities including some of the most important hospitals in France (AP-HP) and Germany.
We gather 34 million patients on our platform each month with a significant growthWe are 800 Doctolibers located in 35 offices (France and Germany) with our headquarter in Paris.
We have raised over €200m from Accel Partners (investor in Facebook, Spotify, Dropbox…), Bpifrance (Sigfox, Withings, Parrot), Kerala Ventures, Eurazeoand and some entrepreneurs (Nicolas Brusson (BlaBlaCar), Pierre Kosciusko-Morizet (PriceMinister), Ludwig Klitzsch (CoMedicum), Bertrand Jelensperger (TheFork)…).
Your Responsibilities:
Supporting security related areas in (pre)sales activities
Supporting our legal on security related topics
Supporting to grow our security documentation and knowledge base
Output-evaluation of diverse corporate IT-Security monitoring tools
Support the development of local IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure regulatory and group policy compliance
Taking the lead of security audits and recertifications
Supporting security related areas in (pre)sales activities
Supporting our legal on security related topics
Supporting to grow our security documentation and knowledge base
Supporting our german Corporate IT team in implementation of solutions to meet our security requirements and office communication
Train our tech and non-tech staff on all security related topicsAssist local staff on security issues
Core Requirements:
Educational background: Master degree in computer science or comparable apprenticeship with a focus on IT security
Professional experience: 5 years as a IT Security Engineer
Hard skills:
Proficient knowledge in IT systems, mainly clouds, operating systems and web technologies
Proficient knowledge in corporate IT security (identity management, access control, etc...)Certifications with a security focus are appreciated
Soft skills :
Be a team player with a talent of analytical thinking and organization
Professional and systematic way of working combined with social competence and a innovative mindset
Driven by a constant will to learn
Readiness to travel within Germany and EuropeFluent in German and English (French is a plus)
