The new team player

As Junior Operations Specialist, you will assist our Operations Program Manager in various day-by-day activities. You will make use of your attention for detail and people skills to assure that our pharma and large research customers receive a white-glove treatment and that projects run on time. You will be involved in special initiatives and projects where hands-on help is needed, including the launch of new products and services. You will assist our business ops team in making sure we deliver consistent high quality service to our premium business customers.

Your contribution to the mission

Your key role will be:

• to help and report to the Operations Program Manager in the execution of day-by-day activities related to current and future projects that involve high profile pharma companies and research institutions
• to assist in the preparation of necessary documentation/materials
• to make sure that products are shipped and delivered on time to our business customers
• to be an attentive observer, capable of detecting obstacles that might impact our large research operations

This role will be office-based (in Boston office), might involve occasional traveling and client-facing interaction.

The ideal candidate is motivated to work in a fast-paced startup and has a strong attention to detail and desire to learn. This is a unique opportunity to develop skills in different areas, with a focus on operations/project management, and exposure to product development.
