Are you passionate about data? EyeEm is looking for a Product Analyst to join our team. You’ll be responsible for delivering insights to internal stakeholders on the performance and progress of marketplace (web). You’ll work closely with key partners from our product, business and engineering teams to gain an in-depth knowledge of business requirements, helping them to better understand performance as well as uncovering new opportunities. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside our engineering team and gain insight into high-volume data processing and integration.


Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Developing tracking schemas and ensuring events are properly defined and tracked on web
  • Building and maintaining corporate dashboards.
  • Working together with our product team on defining and tracking performance of market product offerings.
  • Drive our data-oriented approach to building product
  • Requirements

  • relevant industry experience in data analysis, business analysis or similar.
  • Excellent experience of Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager.
  • Good experience with SQL
  • Experience building quick, sustainable and insightful dashboards with Tableau or similar
  • You are a self-driven and fast learner, and eager to work with new technologies.
  • You are a great teammate and motivate yourself and people around you to improve every single day.
  • Preferred

  • Python skills, especially Pandas.
  • Knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases and their respective models.
  • Experience with distributed databases like Redshift and query languages like Hive/HQL.
  • Knowledge of common data structures and ability to write efficient code in at least one language (preferably Python, Java or Scala are a plus).

As our QA Engineer, you would work closely together with our design, development and support teams, to ensure that our photographers and customers always have a great experience using our products. To do this, you will be deeply embedded in a product team, involved intimately throughout our product development cycle.


    Your tasks would consist of:

  • Owning the testing processes in an agile environment
  • Defining and implementing test automation infrastructure
  • Reporting, tracking, and retesting bugs.
  • Reviewing specifications and technical design to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

  • Applying different testing types on a web-based application
  • Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a tester's role.

    Tasks:

  • Prospect quality leads and generate meetings through email and call campaigns
  • Organise and participate in sales meetings with your prospects
  • Qualify inbound leads to triage to sales representatives
  • Meet monthly and quarterly lead engagement and meeting generation objectives
  • Work with sales management to create and implement new prospecting strategies
  • Identify industry specific events for several verticals.

    THE JOB

    We are looking for an experienced full-time Product Designer to join our Custom Productions team and shape the future of photography and content sourcing. You will work in a cross functional team to drive an end-to-end product that connects our creator ecosystem to our brand clients.

    THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with a team of product managers, analysts, researches and developers to build out a new product line around custom photo and video productions
  • Deeply understand the market, the audience and the problem space to define product goals and solutions
  • Define and prioritize features & iteration, prototype and test them
  • Deliver elegant UX and UI Design and oversee the implementation with your team
  • Work closely with the rest of the design team to advance our design system and its implementation across our product portfolio.
  • Requirements

  • You have 3-8 years of professional working experience in interaction or user experience design, within a product or service design context, and you have taken creative lead on projects that cover web and mobile products.
  • You have a creative and imaginative mind, and you are adaptable and able to pick up new techniques.
  • You have experience conducting user research, beyond usability testing, and you can quickly turn insights and requirements into relevant design solutions.
  • You are a systems thinker and you have exceptional interaction design skills: you can come up with great ideas, scale them across different products and platforms, and quickly bring them to life with prototyping tools such as Framer, Flinto or After Effects.
  • You can think strategically, switching effortlessly between design details and the big picture, and you keep up to date with advances in computer technology and design trends.
  • You have experience with tools such as Sketch.
  • You have good visual- and motion design skills and you are comfortable scaling an existing design system, to repurpose existing patterns and to develop new ones.
  • You have good interpersonal and communication skills, and you are self-organised.
  • You have experience with responsive design, the mobile first approach and you are familiar with the latest web technologies.
  • You have a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
  • You have a MA/MSc/BFA/BA degree in a related field, preferably in design or Human-Computer Interaction.
