Fabrick is looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative and resourceful communications professional to join its team as a Strategic Marketing and Communications Manager.

The Strategic Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for the development, integration and implementation of a broad range of marketing and public relations activities relative to the strategic direction and positioning of the organization and its leadership.


Responsibilities:

• Analyze the financial market and define the brand positioning.

• Design the strategic marketing activities with a holistic approach.

• Be a storyteller. Develop the storyline and narratives that are clear, consistent and compelling to drive awareness, excitement and advocacy with our audiences. Create the outputs for these narratives via multiple channels (i.e. presentations, articles, talking points, videos, infographics, podcasts, etc.).

• Work with team to develop brand, digital and channel strategies, briefs, ecosystems and customer journeys

• Develop outlines, drafts and edits of written communications for Marketing strategic initiatives.

• Manage multiple communication project deliverables on a tight timeline.

• Create visually engaging presentation materials and narratives for internal and external speaking engagements.

• Support planning and execution of large-scale events from start to finish.

• Work collaboratively with team members to drive creativity, alignment, and strong succinct messaging.

Qualifications:

• 5 years’ experience working in strategic marketing, communications or media relations in innovative organizations

• Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.

• Demonstrated successful experience writing press releases, making presentations and

negotiating with media.

• Storytelling is of utmost importance: exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to clearly develop messages for diverse audiences.

• Ability to manage tight deadlines and comfortable working at a fast pace, with a high level of accuracy and detail.

• Must be a team player, positive force, optimistic and able to work collaboratively with others.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, skilled at PowerPoint and other presentation software.

• Digitally savvy and proven experience with the latest technologies and communications platforms.
