As a Customer Service Representative you are the voice of the company, customer and the first point of contact for our player community.
You will interact with our community to answer a wide range of customer inquiries relating to our platform, games and service to ultimately encourage loyalty by providing our players with an unrivalled and amazing support experience.  
Responsibilities
  • Handle support tickets via Zendesk.
  • Be the point of contact for Live Chat volunteers and handle chat’s directly during busy periods.
  • Be THE digital voice of support on Facebook, Twitter & Reddit.
  • Become our Platform/Product handling all questions from our player community
  • Work closely with other departments e.g. give feedback to our development team and report bugs to colleagues 
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • At least one year in a customer service environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • You are open, friendly and a genuine team player
  • Ability to retain an overview even when there you have a high level of inbound enquiries
  • Desirable
  • Experience with Zendesk/Social Media
  • Knowledge of languages other than English is an advantage
  • Ideally you are a gamer yourself and are passionate about the games on our platform
