Description

We are hiring an Information Security Engineer to establish and improve the security of our product at every stage of the development lifecycle. You will build tools to help our engineers write secure code, break applications by performing penetration tests across our products, and become the internal application security expert. 
Responsibilities
  • Investigate and identify technical security issues and weaknesses and design solutions to prevent future re-occurrences
  • Improve security during architecture and design discussions
  • Track secure design requirements from design to deployment including code quality, cryptography, hash functions, and key material handling
  • Perform application penetration and security functional testing
  • Design, document, and implement technical information security processes, procedures, guidelines, and solutions
    • Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in application security related field (code reviews, application penetration testing, security engineering, operations, development)
  • Proficient in at least one programming language
  • Deep experience in a minimum of two (cryptography, web app security, authentication and security protocols, mobile app sec, cloud based services like AWS or azure, secure application architecture)
  • Experience working with multiple operating systems, with expert level knowledge of LINUX/UNIX
  • Experience with applied cryptography including PKI, SSL, and key management
  • Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP networking, and network services such as DNS, SMTP, DHCP, etc
  • Security hardening techniques for Server OS (Linux & Windows), Databases (MySQL, MS SQL), and Application Servers
  • Compiled and interpreted programs, for example: database systems, web Servers, application Servers, Firewalls, Routers, load balancers, Switches, and different types of Middleware
  • Experience in threat modelling and attack detection
    • Desirable
  • Passion for eSport is a plus
  • Previous experience working for platforms and/or startups
    • Education
  • BSc in computer science or other relevant technical qualification
