FACEIT are looking for a recruiter with a strong technical background to join our Talent function. You'll be sourcing quality candidates and guiding them through our hiring process whilst introducing them to the wonderful world of FACEIT.
You will leading a pro-active recruitment service focusing on (but not limited to) our technical roles whilst reporting to the People Operations Director.  Your days will be busy (good busy we promise) and as a result you’ll need to be very organised and able to manage your own workload.
While you will report to the People Operations Director you should be able to self-manage giving you the freedom to prove yourself. Your success will be entirely your own and you will be recognised every step of the way.
Responsibilities
  • Focus on direct sourcing via a blend of recruitment methods including social media, headhunting, job boards and referrals;
  • Design engaging content and adverts that capture the vibrant FACEIT culture;
  • Schedule and conduct telephone interviews and first stage face-to-face meetings;
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates including Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Product Managers, etc;
  • Preparation of employment contracts/paperwork and the induction of new starters.
    • Requirements
  • Strong understanding of the tech/IT industry and recruitment methods;
  • Must have a background in a technical/digital recruitment agency;
  • Extremely self-motivated;
  • Qualified to degree level;
  • Passion for gaming is a massive plus!
