YOUR ROLE

  • Implement, Optimise and manage paid search campaigns
  • Ensure PPC campaigns are up and optimised according best practice guidelines
  • Manage medium to large-sized PPC budgets Based on ROAS
  • Ensure Conversion rate and ROAS optimisation based on targets
  • Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing to ensure all paid search activity falls in line with the digital marketing strategy
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends
  • Analyse and recommend based on results
  • A/B testing at scale on Landing pages, copy, market segmentation, Bid optimisation...
  • Management of display activities & remarketing.
  • Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role (agency or client-side)
  • Proven track record in driving successful paid search, paid social, display campaigns
  • Knowledge of paid search platforms (google, Yahoo, Bing, Double-click,...)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Passion for digital marketing in general
  • Effective communication and reporting skills
  • Microsoft excel ninja
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills

    YOUR ROLE

  • You will be the face to our clients, representing our business on a personal level to our customers.
  • You will help our clients with various requests related to our Festival Package products.
  • You will be the main point of contact for our customers.

  • Requirements

  • Strong interest and at least 1 year of experience in customer care.

    YOUR ROLE

    Festicket is looking for a Hotel Contracts Executive for the Nordic Market to join the Accommodation Department. 

    The Accommodation Department is responsible for the company’s global travel needs, made up of commercial and partnership deals with (but not limited to): 

    Accommodation Suppliers - e.g. hotels, apartments, and local agencies 

    Given the company's very high weekly and monthly targets, the role is exposed to high pressures on providing results within tight deadlines


    KEY TASKS 

  • Managing the Nordic markets (Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Iceland) 
  • Develop and manage an international client base spread over many territories with an expectation of growing this further 
  • Identify trends and developments by researching industry and related events, publications and announcements 
  • Regular and highly analytical reporting to direct line manager 
  • Ensuring all events attached to you are fully stocked in terms of accommodation

    Front End Engineer (angular 2)

    YOUR ROLE

    We are looking for mid-senior level developers who specialise in JavaScript frameworks (preferably AngularJS and who want to work with Angular 2). 

    We've just had a big funding round and now we need to overhaul our technology to meet the business's ambitions for the next 5 years. This includes a lot of great technical challenges related to scaling. 

    We are a team of 10 looking to double in size over the next 12 months. To do this we need your dedication to get work done on time, to train new staff and integrate many new team members into this rapidly growing team while working with the other mid-senior developers to ensure that standards stay high and keep getting higher.

    YOUR SKILL SET 

  • To be considered for the role you must have significant experience of working and delivering projects with at least most of the following technologies: 
  • 2+ years experience with AngularJS/ReactJS - and hopefully you've played with Angular 2 in your spare time 
  • Fluent with Sass (would consider LESS or Stylus) 
  • You’re more than comfortable with modern web development standards including HTML, CSS, Javascript and responsive design 
  • You have integrated systems with 3rd party APIs before 
  • You’re also fluent with the command line, you use git 
  • The applicant would normally have a computing or software engineering degree. 
  • E-commerce experience is a big plus but not a requirement

    Festicket is looking for a bright & enthusiastic graduate to contribute to the important functions of engaging, retaining and increasing the loyalty and growth of international users.

    This is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in digital marketing to develop commercial and analytical skills in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.

    Your main responsibilities will be designing, building, testing and deploying personalised email marketing campaigns to our segmented international email database and collating reports post-send to monitor, analyse and optimise campaigns. You will have the opportunity to work closely with teams across the business, including other teams in the wider marketing department, social, content and product teams to deliver cross-channel campaigns and make a measurable impact.

    Requirements

  • You have 6 months minimum experience in a similar role or hold relevant digital marketing qualifications
  • You are eager to learn new skills and keen to grow beyond the scope of the role
  • Have excellent command of the English language and another European language would be desirable.
  • Be a proactive self-starter with excellent attention to detail
  • Creative approach to designing marketing assets and copy-writing would be a benefit
