THE ROLE

As our DACH Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the success of some of Festicket's most renowned festivals and helping to grow a key region. Working from our new Berlin offices, you will be responsible for managing our key festivals in the DACH region, optimising sales and maximising visibility for our festival packages.

Training: London for 1-2 months at the beginning of the contract (Travel and Accom covered)

DAY TO DAY TASKS

  • Responsible for developing relationships with our key festivals to help them grow across our platform
  • Work with the Commercial team to maintain high level of client retention
  • Support the marketing campaigns integration from start to finish: planning, coordinating and reporting on performance
  • Work with our social media, editorial, affiliates and paid marketing teams to create unique campaigns to maximise sales
  • Track, maintain and manage festivals requests and expectations ensuring a quick follow-up and answer to any emails / calls
  • Follow up on the results of your promotional campaigns by putting together reports highlighting the success of each of your actions
  • Requirements

  • Native-Level German speaker required (coupled with Fluency in English)
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in an Account or Marketing Manager position (or similar) within music, travel or comparable industry
  • Experience in managing online marketing campaigns, ideally across multiple channels
  • Able to negotiate and maintain relationships with different suppliers. Strong organisational skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree-level education
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously whilst reporting to key stakeholders across the business
  • Analytical mindset and highly numerical. Comfortable crunching the numbers to gain insight. Experience working with Google Analytics a definite benefit
  • Passionate and innovative
  • Background in the festival / events / ticketing industry (desirable)

    THE ROLE

    Festicket is looking for a talented business development executive to join our business development travel team, you will be responsible for creating and developing partnerships with our French and Benelux suppliers - these will be split between festivals and accommodation and travel directly! - as well as project managing how our package are sold in collaboration with our festival partner.

    Requirements

    DESIRABLE

  • Experience in Leisure, Tourism, or Transport Logistics with a desire to learn more about the industry
  • Experience in production and operations in live events/music, with a desire to learn more about the industry
  • Experience in managing an international client base
  • Additional language skills, (ideally German)
  • Competent with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, HTML, Adobe Pro and Keynotes
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic and highly motivated
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • The ability to speak French fluently
  • Minimum 1 year experience and interest in sales, partnerships or commercial development
  • Demonstrate ability to be highly organised
  • Have a confident telephone manner with experience in face-to-face meetings
  • Have a good understanding of the full sales cycle including lead generating, negotiations skills and closing
  • Demonstrate an ability to manage projects, focus on achieving objectives, adjust priorities, manage time and follow up on actions
  • Show an ability to work autonomously and be able to take responsibility beyond scope of role

    YOUR ROLE

    Festicket is looking for a business developer to join our commercial / business development team. You will be responsible for growing and maintaining our new event / music festivals client base in the North American region as well as other local emerging territories. The North American market is new for us and there this is an exciting challenge to spearhead Festicket's growth within this region. The U.S presents itself as an exciting region with lots of opportunity and huge potential!

    This role will reporting directly to the President - North America, your mission will be to build on existing partnerships ensuring that there is an increase in sales and profitability year on year.

    LOCATION

    This role will be based in our office in New York office. You will be working individually, whilst being part of the the wider N. America team of 5 based in San Francisco. With the support of our London, Berlin, Nantes, Amsterdam and Porto teams.

    Requirements

  • Experience within Sales/Business Development in the North American Live Music, Festivals, Events, Travel, Leisure, or Tourism industry.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales, partnerships or commercial development
  • Have a confident telephone manner with experience in face-to-face meetings
