THE ROLE

Festicket is growing fast and an opportunity for a QA Apprentice to join our Tech team has opened up. You will be working alongside a QA Engineer supporting our developers and product managers and our product(s).

This opportunity is perfect for someone who has a keen eye for detail, passionate about technology and loves learning. You will be working as part of our excellent QA team, where you’ll be encouraged to explore new technologies where value is evident, share your learning in our weekly catch ups/open workshops, and contribute to the delivery of a stable, well tested features to our users.

    THE ROLE

    Festicket is looking for a talented Accounts Receivable and Payable Clerk, to join our finance team on a full time basis, working 40 hours per week for a period of 4 months. (9am - 6pm).

    You will accomplish these objectives by performing the following tasks:

  • Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information.
  • Maintain and record supplier’s information data.
  • Check and reconcile supplier invoices by verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing disbursements
  • Perform regular supplier statement reconciliations
  • Assists in preparing self-billing invoices
  • Resolves account discrepancies and supplier’s enquiries by investigating documentation
  • Obtains revenue by verifying transaction information; computing charges and refunds and reconciling bank receipts and deposits
  • Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls.
  • Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents.
  • Working with spreadsheets purchases ledgers and journals
  • Assist on other duties as delegated from time to time
  • Requirements

  • Must be have at least 1 years experience working in Accounts Payable / Accounts Recievable.
  • Good knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable and general ledger maintenance.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good organisational skills.

    THE ROLE

    Festicket is looking for a talented business development executive to join our business development travel team, you will be responsible for creating and developing partnerships with our French and Benelux suppliers - these will be split between festivals and accommodation and travel directly! - as well as project managing how our package are sold in collaboration with our festival partner.

    Requirements

    DESIRABLE

  • Experience in Leisure, Tourism, or Transport Logistics with a desire to learn more about the industry
  • Experience in production and operations in live events/music, with a desire to learn more about the industry
  • Experience in managing an international client base
  • Additional language skills, (ideally German)
  • Competent with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, HTML, Adobe Pro and Keynotes
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic and highly motivated
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • The ability to speak French fluently
  • Minimum 1 year experience and interest in sales, partnerships or commercial development
  • Demonstrate ability to be highly organised
  • Have a confident telephone manner with experience in face-to-face meetings
  • Have a good understanding of the full sales cycle including lead generating, negotiations skills and closing
  • Demonstrate an ability to manage projects, focus on achieving objectives, adjust priorities, manage time and follow up on actions
  • Show an ability to work autonomously and be able to take responsibility beyond scope of role
  • Actively look for new solutions and create new ideas regarding the on-going commercial development.

    YOUR ROLE

    Festicket is looking for a business developer to join our commercial / business development team. You will be responsible for growing and maintaining our new event / music festivals client base in the North American region as well as other local emerging territories. The North American market is new for us and there this is an exciting challenge to spearhead Festicket's growth within this region. The U.S presents itself as an exciting region with lots of opportunity and huge potential!

    This role will reporting directly to the President - North America, your mission will be to build on existing partnerships ensuring that there is an increase in sales and profitability year on year.

    LOCATION

    This role will be based in our office in New York office. You will be working individually, whilst being part of the the wider N. America team of 5 based in San Francisco. With the support of our London, Berlin, Nantes, Amsterdam and Porto teams.

    Requirements

  • Experience within Sales/Business Development in the North American Live Music, Festivals, Events, Travel, Leisure, or Tourism industry.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales, partnerships or commercial development

    The Role:

    - Managing our travel offering and keeping it up to date.

    - Working with and managing relationships with existing external suppliers.

    - Contracting hotels as well as travel options.

    - Supporting senior contractors with uploading deals onto our system.

    Requirements

  • Fluent English (written/spoken).
  • A student studying a degree, in either a UK based higher education institute or an EU University.
  • Experienced working in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking & successfully reaching deadlines.
  • Quick at understanding backend systems.
  • Good knowledge of Excel including using formula.
  • Good maths level for price and margin calculations.
  • Strong organisational skills and very detail oriented.
