YOUR ROLE

  • You will be the face to our clients, representing our business on a personal level to our customers.
  • You will help our clients with various requests related to our Festival Package products.
  • You will be the main point of contact for our customers.
  • You will be working for an enthusiastic, dynamic and international team and take over a high level of responsibility right from the beginning.
  • You will be in touch with our clients via various communication channels.
  • You will work with external customer service centres to provide 360 degree coverage for our client
  • Requirements

  • Strong interest and at least 6 months of experience in customer care or a similar positioon
  • True team player and an outgoing personality with confidence in interacting with all sorts of customers.
  • Our applicants are usually in the top 10-20% of their academic or professional peer group.
  • Fast, accurate typing skills and high level of comfort in using live communication tools (i.e. email, phone, Facebook).
  • Pro-active, ambitious and result-oriented working style.
  • A real problem solver and you work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work and communicate in a fast paced international environment.
  • Fluency in English and German is required; any other European language is a plus.
  • The flexibility to work shift patterns, including weekends and evenings.

    THE TEAM

    The Tech team at Festicket is currently made up of about 25 people, but we're growing fast! We hire smart people that are passionate about solving problems and like working in collaborative, dynamic and fun environments. We're organised into product focussed, cross-functional teams that are empowered to define their own work and decide how to organise themselves. We like to build fast, scalable, easily maintained and dynamic applications using the latest and greatest tools and technologies available. Most of all, we like to deliver!     THE ROLE

    Festicket is growing fast and we're looking for an experienced QA Engineer to lead our QA Team and take a lead in automated testing design and implementation. You will be expected to work closely with Product Managers, Developers and the Technical Leads across the product teams while also up-skilling existing QA Engineers. You will be responsible for defining our testing strategies and QA procedures, as well as managing our automated testing suites.

    Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 5 years experience in QA, with experience designing and executing automated, end-to-end integration tests in API-driven web applications.
  • You have previous experience as a QA team lead (though we are open to strong Automation Engineers looking to make the step up to a lead role).
  • You have excellent knowledge of the Software Development & Testing Life Cycle.
  • You have experience coding/scripting test automation (preferably in Javascript).
  • You have excellent knowledge of Quality and Test strategies/processes and you would be excited about the opportunity to help define ours.
  • You are passionate about passing on your knowledge to other people.
  • You have strong communication skills with a knack for knowing how to convey information appropriately for the audience.
  • You understand the need for a focus on delivery and you want to help us to continuously deliver faster with better quality.
  • You love exploratory testing and you know when to use it.
  • You are technically proficient and a logical thinker, with the ability to learn independently.
  • You are detail orientated but can also see the bigger picture.
  • It would be great if you have experience in the travel, music, or e-commerce industries - but it’s not a requirement.

    YOUR ROLE

    Festicket is looking for a senior business developer to join our commercial / business development team. You will be responsible for growing and maintaining our event / music festivals client base in the DACH as well as other emerging territories. Whilst working with those currently covering this region. It's an exciting region with lots of growth! Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, your mission will be to build on existing partnerships ensuring that there is an increase in sales and profitability year on year.

    Requirements

  • The ability to speak German and English fluently
  • Experience within Sales/Business Development in the Live Music, Festivals, Events, Travel, Leisure, or Tourism industry.
  • Minimum 3 year experience in sales, partnerships or commercial development
  • Have a confident telephone manner with experience in face-to-face meetings
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the full sales cycle including lead generating, negotiations skills and closing
  • Demonstrate an ability to manage projects, focus on achieving objectives, adjust priorities, manage time and follow up on actions
  • Show an ability to work autonomously and be able to take responsibility beyond scope of role
  • Actively look for new solutions and create new ideas regarding the on-going commercial development.

    THE ROLE

    As a Full Time Ecommerce Analyst, you will work and support the product team (Design, Product Management, Data) and report to the CEO.

    Your goal will be to help our business use data to drive high performance and quality.

    Your duties will include:

  • Understanding the business needs and objectives.
  • Interpret data, analyse results and provide ongoing reports.
  • Work with the product team to prioritise feature based on data.
  • Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting.
  • Help to define company-wide metrics and relevant data sources.
  • Maintain and extract reports from multiple sources (e.g. operations, IT, customer feedback).
  • Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights.
  • Apply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance.
  • Keep up to date with industry news and trends.
  • Requirements

  • Have fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Have deep understanding of Google Analytics. (Including all google analytics tracking knowledge.)
  • Extensive understanding of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working with either Tableau, Looker, Power BI or any Data Visualisation tool.
  • Be familiar with research, analysis and reporting tools, including Web Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and evaluate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Be extremely comfortable with analytical tasks and Excel and have an understanding of online marketing and e-commerce.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experienced in MS office – especially Excel.

    THE ROLE

    Festicket is looking for a talented business developer to join our commercial / business development team. You will be responsible for growing and maintaining our Nordic event / music festivals client base, as well as look at other emerging territories . Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, your mission will be to build on existing partnerships ensuring that there is an increase in sales and profitability year on year. Parallel to this, you will be expected to deliver new business and identify new commercial opportunities in these territories, bringing to the team an element of local knowledge and understanding to help accelerate growth.

    Requirements
