THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced DevOps/Infrastructure engineer with a passion for automation to support our growing range of applications.

We love automation and enabling our developers. Our aim it to have high levels of automated build and deployment for all our applications. However, we have a variety of applications built with different technologies and they are not all are as slick as we would like. We are looking for someone who can bring these up to the high standards of automation, deployability, robustness and scalability that we expect.

You will also be working alongside the current Devops engineer to ensure we are continually improving the security and stability of our platforms and ensure we are offering the best possible experience to the rest of the technical team.

Work culture

We're organised into agile, product focussed, cross-functional teams that are empowered to define their own work and decide how to organise themselves. Your passions:

  • creating robust, flexible and performant infrastructure using the latest technology and best practices
  • making the development workflow as smooth and efficient as possible through automation and tooling
  • creating and managing effective continuous integration & delivery/deployment processes

  • Experience building containerised services using Docker and container orchestration, preferably ECS
  • Experience of building systems with Infrastructure as code
