THE ROLE

Festicket is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our Brit team. Reporting into the Head of Account Management you will be closely working with our key festival and music promoters to help continue to grow our key region. You will be managing allocations, solving enquiries and maintaining the client relationship.

DAY-TO-DAY Tasks

• Act as the main operational contact at Festicket for festivals / suppliers
• Work with the Commercial team to maintain a high level of client retention
• Work with the business development team to schedule, load and launch new products
• Liaise with suppliers to maintain good stock levels across all products
• Manage the closing of sales, including working with the fulfilment team to ensure customer orders are delivered on time
• Co-ordinate with customer services and festivals / suppliers to solve issues that arise
• Respond to client enquiries and requests quickly and efficiently

Requirements

• Degree educated
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in an Account or Marketing Manager position (or similar) within music, travel or comparable industry
• Able to negotiate and maintain relationships with different suppliers
• Strong organisational skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical & detail oriented, comfortable with pivot-table, VLOOKUP on Excel
• Quick at understanding backend systems
• Passionate about live events
