• You partner with the People Managers and together you grow the IT organization
• You are responsible for end to end recruitment processes for cross functional teams in an agile environment
• You provide a direction for recruiting, considering candidate experience, recruitment process and priorities as well as employer branding
• You know the details of recruiting by heart and always aim for operational excellence
• You desire to raise the bar of the job you provide - based on experience and on numbers • You've studied business administration, business IT or another business or technological related field
• (At least) 1 year recruiting experience in the IT area required, ideally in start-ups or in a dynamic company (strategy consulting, digital business, etc.)
• Understanding of what excites in tech professionals and passion of engaging them in interesting conversations
• Solid understanding of state-of-the-art technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus
• Must thrive and prioritize in a constantly changing environment
• Proactive work style, you are committed, team oriented and passionate about achieving your goals
• You work independently, committed and responsibly towards our teams goals
• You show passion for people tech, being an entrepreneur by heart and drive projects persistent to make it happen
