Description

General support of Bus Partner Managers team in everyday tasks, in particular:
o Preparing Annexes to Bus Partner Agreements (changes in schedules, etc.)
o Handling an email box for Employee Tickets - issuing codes for free journeys for authorized employees of Bus Partners
o Preparing weekly reports with financial results for Bus Partners
o Supporting Bus Partner Managers for the coordination of new line starts (optional)
o Translation of documents / presentations from English into Polish (optional)
Independent projects
o Preparing a database of signed contracts (arranging scans of contracts, annexes, preparing a tool that will prompt the first possible dates of cancellation of coaches and contracts)
o Preparation of a tool that automatically checks how many of the contracted kilometers a given Bus Partner has already completed
o Verification of contractual distances vs reality - preparation of a database of differences on all relations • You are a recent graduate or still studying - preferred majors; logistics, transport, quantitative methods, management
• You like to work on numbers and draw logical conclusions, create nice presentations
• You are fluent regarding the MS Office package (especially the advanced functions of the Excel spreadsheet),
• You speak English at a communicative level
• You have a very good organization of work,
• You are characterized by meticulousness and accuracy, you quickly find mistakes and you like order
• Availability on average 4 days a week
