Description

• You support our growth in the US through diverse business development tasks
• You analyse our different data sources and help the business steering to develop a deeper understanding of KPI's, sales figures, conversion rates and other important numbers
• You prepare strategic meetings and structured decision papers
• You use your analytical skills to find your way through complex datasets and recognize opportunities to grow and to optimize
• You conduct company and market analyses for new partners and ventures • Currently studying business administration, economics, engineering or a related field
• Authorization for employment in the US
• First experience in a similar position, having worked with strategic, financial or business development tasks
• Entrepreneurial spirit, full of ambition, and a roll with the punches attitude
• You are focused on developing concrete solutions to fix root-cause problems
• You have the business and financial acumen to understand complex models and use that information to develop strategic plans
• You ask effective questions, have great listening skills to engage with key external stakeholders and communicate openly
• Spanish speaking is a plus
