• You will be part of a new and fast-growing startup within FlixMobility
• You will identify and define the market entry strategy for FlixTrain in Spain, based on comprehensive market analysis
• You will acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
• You will work closely with our FlixBus colleagues and industry experts in Spain, to thoroughly understand the market
• You will serve as the link of communication between external partners and internal teams
• You will identify and acquire new partners and develop strong, long-lasting trust relationships
• You will close new business deals by coordinating requirements and negotiating contracts
• You drive our international expansion with FlixTrain and play an integral part in changing the transportation industry in Europe that will turn into long-lasting success • Good degree in business, economics or related fields of study
• Work experience in sales, business development, management consulting or similar
• Ideally, you already have expertise in the transportation industry
• Highly motivated in achievement and the necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop new ventures
• Good analytical skills
• High social, communication, and negotiation skills
• Self-reliance, reliability, and conscientiousness
• Fluent in English and Spanish, every other language is a plus
