Description
• You are in charge of the planning, preparation, and implementation of bus partner relationships in Spain and Portugal• You will identify and acquire new partners and develop strong, long-lasting relationships based on mutual trust
• You are the central point of contact for our newly acquired bus partners and close new business deals by coordinating requirements and negotiating contracts
• You make sure that contract negotiations lead to a win-win situation
• You are responsible for monitoring the entire onboarding process until our green buses are on the road
• You play an integral part in changing the transportation industry in Spain & Portugal that will turn into a long-lasting success Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
• Bachelor or master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Transportation, Sales or similar
• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant Consulting position (preferably within Spain), Account Management and/or B2B Business Development
• Relevant experience in working with or for Spanish bus companies
• Solid analytical skills paired with high communication, negotiation and project management skills
• You are proactive, reliable and have a strong focus on achievement
• You have the necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop and grow FlixBus with us
• Native level in Spanish and fluent in English, knowledge of Portuguese is a strong plus
