Description
• You conduct market analysis for the Ukrainian marketo Demand/supply for bus services
o Legal/regulatory aspects of the business
o Identify potential bus partners
o Map out the process for the authorization of bus stops
• You use your analytical skills to find your way through datasets and recognize opportunities
• You design concepts for expansion into Ukraine that consider the necessary obstacles and challenges
• You explore cooperation with external stakeholders (travel agencies, local authorities)
• You take on all strategic and operational tasks required when starting up an office in a new country • Several years of experience in B2B sales, business development, and/or management consulting
• Highly motivated in achievement and the necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop our business
• Track record of successful projects with high performance and sales responsibility
• Excellent communication, and negotiation skills, self-reliance, reliability, and conscientiousness
• Native in Ukrainian and a good level of English, Russian and Polish is required
