Description

• You will be responsible for the management of the business of FlixBus Italy. Together with your team, you will supervise the process of partners' acquisition and management and quality control. You will develop strategic projects for the further development of the business and you will support our Management with your deep and all-round knowledge
• You will report directly to the Country Manager Italy, work closely with the local and international Management Teams in the definition and implementation of the national Company strategy
• You will lead a resourceful and dynamic team of minimum 20 people (that will grow even more!) and you will be responsible for their professional and personal growth
• You will coordinate the business development activities such as: acquisition of new partners, process follow up according to the Italian regulation, partner management
• You will supervise the set up of our service, ensuring and optimizing an outstanding quality according to the needs of the market
• You will scout and evaluate new business opportunities on the basis of quantitative analysis and forecasts • Excellent Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields of study
• 7 to 10 years of experience in a top consulting firm or in a management role (previous experience in a fast-growing startup is a plus)
• Strong experience in the people management and excellent leadership skills
• Very good communication with excellent analytical skills
• Highly self-motivated and bringing the necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop our business with us
• Fluent in Italian and English
