Description

• You lead the optimization of operations by supporting partners in daily operational activities and seek solutions in the event of emergencies
• You successfully onboard bus partners to the FlixBus brand and ensure their proficiency in all aspects of operations
• You remain up to date in FlixBus global operational policies and industry standards, and provide trainings to all stakeholders involved in bus operations including drivers and supervisors
• You are the go-to person for bus systems and devices: you take care of the setup, provide training, ensure the reliability and sustainability of hardware and coordinate repairs as necessary and in a timely manner
• You treat bus partners as your customers, and maintain positive long-relationship partners through excellent operational support
• You perform other exciting duties related to setting up the FlixBus business in the US as assigned • Degree in Business Administration, Operations or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Operations, ideally in the Transportation or Tourism industry
• Computer literacy in MS Office, Outlook and Salesforce
• A proven track-record in developing long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders ( i.e. bus partners, station managers, bus drivers)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
