To support our ambitious growth, we are now looking for a Controlling & Billing Manager in Stockholm starting as soon as possible.

Your tasks - Paint the world green

• Design, integrate and implement controlling and analytical procedures in the Nordics region

• Gather and analyze information, formulate and test different hypothesis to develop recommendations which will impact business operations

• Assist business development with analyses that support future growth and new deals

• Assist with performance commentary and analyses for the headquarter

• Lead ad hoc projects as they arise, both finance and cross-functional projects, involving for instance process improvements, cost savings or efficiency gains

• Analyse and control costs and contribute to reliability of the financial data

• Support the preparation of the budget and the re-forecasts

• First point of contact for all Billing related topics both internally and externally, responding to bus partners via e-mail and phone in a timely and professional manner

• Ensure an effective and reliable billing process delivering billing documents on time, including booking and accounts control

• Streamline and improve billing process

Your Profile - Ready to hop on board

• Excellent university degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics

• 3-5 years of accounting or similar experience

• Demonstrated aptitude for analytics and exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing

• Accurate and structured work style, combined with strong commitment, team-oriented mind-set

• Comfortable using all MS Office programs especially Excel

• Oracle experience would be a plus

• You are native in Swedish and fluent in English; Danish is a plus, and so is German
