• Complaints management and third level support especially for cases related to payments (e.g. PayPal conflicts) and refunds• Supporting our service providers
• Examination of reimbursement cases
• Development of proactive solutions to ensure the best customer experience • Certified or specialized in the tourism and/or leisure sectors
• Previous experience in the hotel industry or customer care
• You are highly motivated, persistent and team-orientated
• Experienced user of MS Office
• Full working proficiency in Polish, Czech and English (German would be a plus)
