• External interface communication with authorities and institutions and the management at FlixBus• Professional and speedy handling of enquiries with sensitive issues
• Support for time-critical press inquiries
• Emergency-Aftercare handling
• Coordination of and interface communication for social media requests
• Answering questions about data protection
• Processing of Lost & Found requests (international) • Experience in customer service and complaint management
• Strong focus on professional and friendly interaction with customers as well as capability of empathy
• Experience with communication with a legal background
• High reliability, ability to work in a team, self-motivation and stress resistance
• High level of commitment and willingness to work flexible hours (24/7)
• Good MS Office skills
• Good knowledge of German (business fluent), very good knowledge of English, any other European language is a plus
