As Director Corporate Communications, you bring this vision to life and turn ideas into a global storyline. Together with your team of highly skilled, international and ambitious colleagues in all markets, you tackle the responsibility of developing, shaping and executing the narrative of FlixBus. As a direct report to our CEO, you collaborate closely with all founders regarding their public communication and use your high visibility within the organization to closely align with all functions and teams. Through your creative, thoughtful and impactful stories, you become the author of a global success story which is already changing the world of mobility.
• Excellent degree in Journalism, Communications, Business or a related field of study
• 10+ years of experience in an in-house media and communications management role or an agency setting, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic environment
• Direct experience in leading the creation of the overall global corporate communications strategy, mapping to key business priorities and ensuring alignment across the organization
• Strong team leadership skills in an international setting
• Profound understanding of the operational groundwork in Public Relations
• Accurate and structured work style paired with a high sense of teamwork and creativity
• Fluent in German and English, every additional foreign language is a plus
