Description
- You set overall acquisition strategies which will deliver hyper growth and you lead tactical execution of organic and paid search, affiliate, cooperation programs and new business sales- You develop strategic initiatives to drive growth and you leverage our growth team's aggressive A/B testing program to confirm landing pages and other enhancements, as well as strategic initiative hypotheses (e.g. bid management, technical SEO)
- You develop strategies to enter new markets, you create test plans and lead the implementation to optimize paid and unpaid media campaigns
- You work closely with Marketing Intelligence and Finance teams on pacing acquisition spent and ROI, forecasting, customer analytics, and attribution tracking
- You monitor and report key metrics and develop immediate action plans to optimize campaign performance
- You work closely with Product, Marketing and IT teams to develop and execute roadmaps of functional and technological capability enhancements to drive marketing spent efficiency and better customer experience
- You monitor the competitive landscape and best practices and proactively react to market actions and customer needs by improving plans and operational activities
- You drive the performance, career planning and development of our passionate team - Excellent university degree, MBA preferred
- 7+ years in acquisition marketing, with a track record of creating, planning and executing customer acquisition campaigns to drive transformative business results
- Deep channel expertise across the entire marketing mix, especially within SEA/SEO
- Curious, driven and visionary mindset; you're inspired by the road less traveled by and finding creative solutions that others haven't considered
- Comprehensive understanding and application of bid management and on-site SEO methodologies
- Profound leadership experience and strong ability to work across organizational boundaries
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-starter who can struggle through ambiguity
- Entrepreneurial spirit that enables you to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working within stringent timelines and balancing short term needs with long term company goals
- Proven ability to communicate across national boundaries and collaborate within global teams
- Fluent in English; every other (European) language is a plus
