You love event management? Organizational skills is your second name? Perfect. Then apply and become our new event master (m/f/d).
Your tasks will include the following:
• You are in charge of our events on both national and international level with participant number of up to 1200
• You are the project manager of all FlixEvents (internal and external) and plan, execute and oversee them, including full responsibility of budgeting
• You communicate with stakeholders, e.g. event agencies and suppliers, and make sure to get the best conditions
• You have an eye on new developments to create new concepts and find new opportunities and further creativity • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management or a related field of study
• 3 – 5 years of experience in the field of event management
• Ability of keeping the overview of all open topics and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Creative, innovative, organized and open-minded personality
• Responsible, communicative and motivated work style
• Very good MS Office skills
• Fluency in English and German; any other European language is a plus
