Description
• You work in our Madrid office with our team for Iberia, managing our bus stations network• You lead the “authorizations” pipeline and ensure that they are obtained in a timely manner
• You support our Managing Director in managing all authorizations/paperwork with different public stakeholders in Spain and Portugal
• You take responsibility for an accurate exchange of information between our partners and our central teams, find points for improvement to ensure develop our agencies network
• You facilitate communication with government agencies, community organizations, local businesses and institutions, and other key stakeholders
• You are in direct contact with civil servants, bus stations and internal teams
• This role will require frequent travel to Portugal. • Previous experience in B2B (SMB) sales to Portuguese companies
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication with public authorities,
• Knowledge of the Portuguese market, experience in dealing with Spanish and/or Portuguese Public Administration (city councils, ministries....)
• Proactive, “self-starter” attitude, with a dedicated, team-oriented mindset
• Native speaker level in Portuguese and Spanish as well as fluency in English, any other European language is a plus
