• You manage the day-to-day traffic control and customer service operations and coordinate the activities of traffic control and customer service agents
• You are responsible for situational awareness across all territories including the identification of any abnormal traffic conditions and recommends improvements to mitigate responses
• You review actions including responses to incidents and events and identify performance gaps and suggest performance improvements for traffic maintenance activities
• You oversee submission and accuracy of all traffic and customer service-related reports
• You communicate with the bus partners as needed
• You perform other exciting duties related to setting up the FlixBus business in the US • A minimum of three (3) years of Traffic Control and/or Customer Service experience in a transportation-related industry;
• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics or related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Authorization for employment in the US
• Ability to supervise in an operations setting, quality management capability
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team as well as management experience
• Must be willing and able to work any of the shifts in our 24/7 operations
• A passion for public transport and Traffic Management
