Description

• You are the responsible owner of our portfolio of ancillary services
• You are hungry for growth: unlock full potential of ancillary revenues for FlixBus, constantly develop and optimize existing offering and add new revenue streams
• You make sure we have the right vision regarding ancillary services and bring the passion and drive to get us there despite distractions of daily business
• You set up and drive cross-functional projects to implement new ancillary services by working closely with internal and external stakeholders
• You scan the market to identify ideas and new sources of ancillary revenues and define a suitable strategy for FlixBus to implement them
• You develop and follow-through on a comprehensive roadmap by prioritizing the project pipeline regarding estimated impact and needed effort as well as complexity
• You build and develop your team in line with growth in ancillary revenues • Profound project management experience and the ability to run multiple complex project streams in a cross-functional setup
• Highly motivated individual with strong business sense
• Degree in economics, business, transportation, geography or a related field of study
• Initial leadership experience to ensure your team can grow
• Experience with ancillary services is a plus
• Experience in transportation industry, e.g. from airlines, cruise ships, trains is a plus
• Fluency in English, German is a plus
