Description

• You define the Brand strategy for FlixBus, and lead a cross functional team to execute campaigns with unique strategic as well as creative excellence
• You establish the world's most admired mobility Brand by ensuring optimal internal and external resources for creative, design and Brand needs
• You cherish every single customer touchpoint with the spirit of the brand and create and an awesome Flix Experience
• You generate an environment of high impact, by ensuring a thorough cross-departmental and cross-market collaboration that meets brand, just as well as business goals in key markets on a global level
• You develop processes and systems that nurture operational excellence and maximize efficiencies when delivering campaigns on time, and on budget • You charge people with emotions
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in advertising, brand establishment or brand management, with an exciting portfolio of past campaigns/content/creative projects and proven efficiency
• Comprehensive leadership experience and strong ability to work across organizational boundaries
• Passionate story teller with the necessary skills to establish an overall vision and editorial perspective to deliver individualized, captivating content
• Sound experience in developing objectives, KPIs, hypotheses for testing, and analyzing results
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills that empower you to deliver our brand vision to the entire FlixBus team
• Entrepreneurial spirit that allow you to grow in a fast-paced environment when working within stringent timelines and balancing short term needs with long term company goals
• Proven ability to communicate across national boundaries and collaborate within global teams
