Description

• You lead by example and create a high-performing marketing team (4-5 direct reports). You set clear individual objectives and KPIs. Dedicate time to creative thinking sessions and training where necessary to ensure optimal results.
•You demonstrate strong customer, market and competitive focus while identifying and delivering innovative ways to reach our audience, making our brand become a widely recognize choice in terms of mobility
•You create, oversee and monitor the success of the strategic marketing plan for Poland. You are responsible for the marketing budget, ensuring it delivers the required commercial results and ROI.
•You cooperate effectively with Sales and PR working cross functionally on various projects
•You take full ownership of activities with a strong focus on ATL marketing
•You are able to influence, coordinate and negotiate with a vast number of departments and stakeholders including sponsorship and cooperation with big brands to make things happen
•You define and implement processes to improve alignment between the Warsaw team and HQ

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communication or related field
• Min. 3 years' experience in a marketing role within a fast paced environment, preferably in a closely related filed
• Demonstrated track record of success in developing high performance marketing campaigns
• Experience of leading and developing teams.
• Experience in stakeholder (internal and external) management.
• International experience desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and take action based on data
• Tech-savvy, comfortable using multiple online tools
