In this position you are proactively designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies for all roles while providing an outstanding candidate experience. As the leader of our highly motivated Talent Acquisition team this requires top notch management of our employer branding activities and talent acquisition procedures.

• Define and execute a candidate experience strategy that puts our candidates first; be the ambassador for this strategic change and engage and excite the organization
• Design and execute our talent acquisition strategies to attract, source, assess and hire the best people
• Proactively drive workforce planning and resource forecasting by working closely with the business teams
• Lead and develop the Munich and Berlin based Talent Acquisition team; guide and consult the international HR teams on Talent Attraction
• Be a role model for your team and demonstrate how to achieve operational excellence every day
• Ensure proactive management of our pipelines with potential candidates for current and future job openings
• Organize recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand and create awareness and excitement for our company
• Define and implement recruiting reports/dashboards globally to track and communicate metrics to the business
• Stay ahead of the game, understand trends and best practices in talent attraction, employer branding and any other area that could impact our business Proven work experience (5+ years) in leading and developing a Talent Acquisition team and positioning the team as the forward-thinking experts within an organization is key. Exposure to a fast-paced and global organization is beneficial.

Our Head of People Attraction will be expected to be savvy in the following areas:
• Demonstrated experience in managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases and HCM tools
• Outstanding team management abilities as well as strong interpersonal and motivational skills
• Superior analytical skills combined with a clear focus on results and real-life pragmatism
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
• Experience in the tech industry and a BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or a related field is a plus
