Description

• You will set up and optimize our collaborations with the local partners and become their trustworthy partner.
• You ensure, adapt, and optimize our quality and service standards according to the needs of the czech market.
• You will take responsibility for an accurate start of each new route
• You will be responsible for customers' NPS quality evaluation on our local Bus Partners
• You will be responsible for your own projects, which will support the customer satisfaction. • Relevant experience in travel or mobility services
• 1 to 2 years of work experience
• Available to work part-time (~20 hours/week)
• The ability to adequately deal with different stakeholders (business partners, bus drivers, station managers, or regional authorities) with high social and negotiation skills.
• Trustworthiness, engagement, and flexibility as well as a hands-on mentality
• Highly motivated in achievement and the necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop an international venture with us.
• Excellent Czech and good English language skills.
