• You accompany the set-up of new projects and actively manage their implementation in the areas of traffic control, customer service, quality and bus product• You support IT-related projects in these areas aiming on internationalization and process optimization
• You are the interface to several internal and external stakeholders
• You develop improvement measures and recommendations for action and thus contribute to the further development and optimization of the customer experience • Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Tourism Management or similar
• Excellent organizational skills and very independent way of working
• Strong analytical skills, readiness of mind and a goal-driven personality
• Accurate work style as well as strong communication skills
• Skilled user of Powerpoint and Excel
