Description

• You work closely with the executive assistant to the CEO who supports the creation, execution, and communication of the company strategy
• You support the ongoing organizational rollout of the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework
• You create a reporting approach for the top management
• You help understand any adoption challenges across the organization
• You take ownership of additional assignments that support the executive assistant in helping the organization build the necessary skills to create and execute a strategy • You are currently enrolled in Business Administration, Economics or a similar program
• You have an open and analytical mind, but also a hands-on mentality to get things done quickly
• You are able to work in an independent and structured manner
• You feel comfortable with changing priorities and working on different topics as our work is high pace and flexible
• You are comfortable working in an English-speaking environment
