Description

• You provide support regarding regulatory and legal topics, e.g. communication with authorities related to the start of new bus lines, and you in-charge for authorization processes
• You coordinate relationships with regulatory authorities and assure that needed authorizations are always issued in time
• You build and actively manage relationships with bus stop/station operators and business partners in Poland
• You collaborate closely with other departments such as network planning and business development to deliver a great route network to our customers
• You will play an integral part in changing the transportation industry in Poland that will turn into a long-lasting success
• You report to the Authorizations and Legal manager and perform tasks as required • You have finished your studies or study in such a way that allows you to work full-time
• Ideally, you have had a first job/internship in a similar capacity; perhaps in administrative work, logistics, planning, finance
• You pay extreme attention to detail and are very organized
• You enjoy proof-checking, finding tiny mistakes, ensuring everything is 100% correct
• You are interested in the world of transport/logistics and understand the importance of the process of authorizations
• You are self-driven and enthusiastic, eager to learn and help support the team
• You feel comfortable communicating in English, even if it's not perfect
