Description

You gather, manage, monitor, analyze and control sales data and you are in charge of reporting
You analyze trends and KPIs, recognize problems by interpreting them, and derive suitable recommendations for action
You formulate and test different hypothesis to develop recommendations which will impact sales and business operations
You contribute to the improvement of sales processes and support all operative day by day activities
You conduct market and sales research, assess and analyze business plans
You run operational activities
You engage with the business stakeholders to understand the current processes, identify gaps and suggest improvements and continuously optimize them
You monitor that sales practices are carried out consistently across all of the region Bachelor or Master degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, marketing or related fields of study
Strong analytical skills and quantitative problem-solving skills, affinity to numbers as well as excellent knowledge of Excel
Accurate and structured work style, combined with strong commitment, team-oriented mind-set
Willingness to thoroughly understand the dynamics of markets, industries and companies
Proactive, reliable and a strong focus on achievement
Enthusiasm and a strong customer focus with necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop and grow FlixBus with us
Fluent in Croatian and English, knowledge of any other Eastern European language or German is a plus
