• You maintain a positive attitude and apply your problem-solving skills to deliver a high quality of service to agencies, answering a variety of questions on a daily basis
• You support agencies with resolving issues such as cancelling reservations, redirecting questions to proper departments
• You keep our database of agencies up to date and accurate
• You undertake a variety of administrative tasks relating to the serving of customers
• You support the sales team in different tasks and projects • Good level of English
• Proactive, hands-on, committed, team-oriented, detail oriented
• Customer oriented, you enjoy delivering a high quality of service
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar position would be ideal, but not mandatory
