Description

• You're responsible for the functional development of the ERP-system and therefore the analysis of current requirements for key-departments (Controlling, Accounting) and the resulting implementation
• You work on concepts and strategies for integrating new countries into our ERP-system and act as a key contact for the development of core-finance processes in these countries
• You analyze our finance-related processes and work out recommendations for the optimization of our day-to-day-business
• You are a direct contact for all ERP-users and thereby responsible for the planning and execution of workshops
• You develop decision templates based on your analysis and present it to our top-management team • Bachelor/Master in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics or similar
• SQL-Skills and first experience with ERP-system(s) is a plus
• Strong abilities within process analysis, improvement, and development, particularly of core-finance processes
• Solid knowledge of finance and accounting processes
• Good communication skills through all departments and the management team and the ability to understand and implement diverse inquiries
• A hands-on mentality and a strategic and structured way of thinking
• Highly motivated team-player
• Fluent in English; every other European language is a plus
