Description

• You monitor and report relevant KPIs to the Management
You create ad-hoc analysis and drive transparency of finance processes group-wide
• You support further growth from a finance perspective
• You manage all payment methods group-wide, including the coordination of multiple internal stakeholders, such as business development and marketing
• You maintain a good relationship with our providers and ensure a future proof setup
• You closely collaborate with other teams to ensure a customer friendly checkout experience

It is planned to set the focus of the position on payment in the mid-term. • Bachelor/Master in Economics, Business Administration, or similar
• Experience with online payment processes and systems is a plus
• Strong abilities within process analysis, improvement, and development, particularly of core-finance processes
• Solid knowledge of accounting processes and standards, reporting and financial statements
• Good communication skills through all departments and the management team and the ability to understand and implement diverse inquiries
• A hands-on mentality and a strategic and structured way of thinking
• Highly motivated team-player
• Fluent in English; every other European language is a plus
